How to Greatly Diminish Crow's Feet

June 29
Tips from Lisa

Can you minimize deep wrinkles? YES, YOU CAN!

One day you wake up and you wonder if a bird just landed on your face, one claw on either side of your eyes. And you’re only in your 20’s or early 30’s.

That’s right, crow’s feet can start at an early age....YIKES!

As you do get older, you are going to have crow's feet. There's no way around them without surgery, which is painful & expensive.

But it's really ok to have a few lines on the sides of your eyes because it means you got them from being happy. I refer to crow's feet as "character lines" and they form because you smile, and that's a good thing. You just don't want them to be too deep, but neglect that delicate eye skin and they will be. You can minimize them with a great skincare routine and lots of moisture to increase collagen production & improve elasticity so skin bounces back.

The main causes of crow's feet (other than smiling 😊):

  • The skin around your eyes is very thin and has no oil glands
  • Exposure to UVA/UVB sunlight. Ultraviolet radiation causes DNA changes in the skin that can lead to premature aging.
  • Dehydration
  • Environmental pollutants attacking the skin

  • Poor nutrition in your diet

  • How to discourage & soften crow's feet:

  • Use moisturizing eye creams & serums
  • Reduce exposure to toxins
  • Minimize sun exposure
  • Wear hats & protective sunglasses
  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Drink lots of water

  • So, even though you will never be able to prevent or get rid of crow’s feet entirely, great skincare does help prevent & reverse aging. It doesn't happen overnight and it takes discipline, but there are things you can do to minimize the severity and depth of the lines, even if those lines are already deep. With the right skincare routine, it is VERY possible to increase collagen & restore elasticity which will minimize the appearance of deep wrinkles.

I have spent hours researching skincare ingredients. I have used them myself and have seen incredible improvement in the reduction of my crow's feet. I know you will too if you begin a daily skincare regimen with products that work. Click the link below to discover amazing eye creams, serums, and gels.

Minimize those crow's feet & start looking younger today!
