I'm 57 years old but I don't want to look 57. So as part of my skincare routine, I exfoliate every day to eliminate impurities and achieve soft, smooth, polished skin for a more youthful appearance.
When you think about skin exfoliation, you probably think about your face.
But do you consider your neck and the rest of your body too?
All of your skin collects impurities, and those impurities attach to dead cells which trap dirt, oils & toxins beneath the surface.
Exfoliation removes those impurities and greatly assists skin in regenerating new cells, which I call "baby cells"....and how does a baby's skin feel? Soft & silky smooth.
Facial & neck exfoliation should be done once a day, and nighttime is a good time because it rids skin of all the impurities picked up during the day.
Body skin should be exfoliated 2-3 times a week to regenerate cells, but it is perfectly okay to exfoliate every day to give your skin that always soft, silky feel.
