Crow’s feet | But I'm Not Even 30 Years Old Yet...WHAT?? Let's Talk!

June 29

One day you wake up and you wonder if a bird just landed on your face, one foot on either side of your eyes. And you’re in your 20’s or early 30’s?

That’s right, crow’s feet can start at an early age…YIKES!

Are you older than 30? Well, listen honey, you’re gonna have crow’s feet. They are not entirely preventable. And it’s ok to have what I call “character lines” around your eyes. You get those from smiling and laughing, and that’s a good thing. What you don't want is the deep depth of crow’s feet caused by lack of caring for your skin. BUT, they are preventable and can be reduced.

The 2 primary reasons deep crow’s feet can begin so early are:

1.  The skin around your eyes is very thin and has no oil glands. This reduces collagen production & elasticity and without moisture, the skin cannot bounce back.

2.  Exposure to UV radiation – the sun IS NOT your friend

Other factors contributing to crow’s feet include environmental pollutants attacking your skin, poor nutrition in your diet, and dehydration.

So, even though you will never be able to prevent crow’s feet entirely, there are things you can do to minimize the severity and depth of the lines, even if the lines are already deep. I know because there was a time in my life when I wasn’t caring for my skin the way I should have been and I started aging quickly.

That’s when I said, “nope, uh-uh, I am not going to look old!!”

Here’s what you do:

  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Drink lots of water
  • - Reduce exposure to toxins
  • Minimize sun exposure
  • Wear hats
  • Wear protective sunglasses
  • Use moisturizing eye creams & serums

  • Now, bear in mind, this WILL NOT happen overnight, but it is VERY possible to minimize deep wrinkles.

I promote and use eye moisturizers with ingredients that I have researched and that I know for a fact work. I don’t care how tired I am before bedtime. I cleanse, tone, & moisturize and I have seen a tremendous improvement in my appearance, and I know you will too if you follow an anti-aging skincare regimen daily!

The ingredients in the eye creams & serums at Irresistibly Ageless are premium quality and will keep your skin looking young & healthy for years to come!
